FIT & NU® was founded by sisters Joslyn and Brittney Rae Reese in March of 2015, just two years after embarking on a life-changing backpacking trip through Central America. While traveling, the sisters embarked on individual pursuits to create healthy habits.

Our mission is to ignite a revolutionary health and wellness movement among women of color, empowering them to overcome limiting beliefs and embrace holistic well-being while proactively reducing the risk of preventable chronic diseases through accessible resources and culturally sensitive solutions.
