Members can create lasting changes in their health and well-being by focusing on changing their habits. Habit Therapy™ may involve various coaching techniques, such as goal setting, self-monitoring, positive reinforcement, and accountability. Habit Therapy™ coaches work closely with clients to identify the most important habits to their health and well-being and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Habit change is a key component of our coaching approach. We believe that building healthy habits is the key to preventing chronic diseases and improving overall health and well-being. Our coaches are trained in habit-based coaching techniques and are dedicated to helping our clients build sustainable healthy habits that last.
